Terms Of Sale

The owner of adensenfurniture.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Adensen Furniture OÜ (registry code 14242422), located in Valga, Valga, Pärna pst 11-3, 68207, tel (+372) 54630331 and e-mail info@adensenfurniture.com.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Web Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated with the products. Delivery fee is added to the price, except for delivery within Estonia.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.

Product information is available in the Online Store directly at the item.


To order the goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart – if necessary, specify the characteristics of the desired product (eg color, etc.)
Once the desired items have been added to the shopping cart, you must proceed to the checkout. You can do this by clicking on the shopping bag at the top right of the web page and choosing “Checkout” (if the buyer no longer wants to modify the shopping cart) or “View cart” (if the buyer wants to change or delete items in the shopping cart).
To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.
The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the invoice, which will be sent to the buyer after the order is placed to the email address he / she has entered.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the bank account of the Online Shop.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.

Payment methods

Adensenfurniture.com allows you to pay with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank and PocoPay bank links, PayPal account and invoice.
All payments shall be made in euro and deducted from the payer’s account in euro

The e-shop is the controller of personal data, the e-shop transmits personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.


The goods are shipped to the following countries: Member States of the European Union

The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days of the entry into force of the contract of sale. Delivery outside Estonia is within 30 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take place up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days, unless the order is made personally to the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing at the physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.

To return the item, you must send a withdrawal request to info@adensenfurniture.com no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Shop shall refund to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal.

The online shop may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for any cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods is erroneously indicated below the market price.

The Webshop shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the Purchaser, which existed at the time of delivery of the item, and which occurs up to two years after delivery of the goods to the Purchaser.
